ARLU’s new pivotica pro E 100 is a minimalist and concealed pivot hinge for pivoting internal doors, optionally with a mechanical hold-open position at 90°.
What makes pivotica pro E 100 so unique?
Installation:
- Easy to install with free choice of pivot point
- Two different installation methods: surface-mounted or built-in
- The small size of the upper pivot makes milling easier
- Smoother installation of the upper spindle thanks to the magnetic axis
- Minimum door thickness: 1.57”
Adjustable:
- Both floor plate and upper pivot can also be adjusted (in width and depth) to ensure a flush-to-wall door
- The specially developed mounting key ensures a smooth adjustment, even with a minimum upper clearance
Opening angle:
- pivotica pro E 100 has a maximum opening angle of 150° in both directions and is available with a mechanic hold open position at 90° of 0°. The closing speed is also adjustable.
Design:
- No visible adjustment and fastening screws as the hinge is almost fully integrated in the door
- Thanks to the lintel plate with low flange height, screws are no longer necessary
Architectural:
- Minimalist look as the door closer is invisible. Also suitable for floor-to-ceiling doors
- Both cover and ceiling plates are available in the same color
Finish:
- Cover plates of floor plate, pivot hinge and ceiling plate are available in matt chrome, black and white
- A seamless finishing is possible with the ceiling plate
Application:
- pivotica pro E 100 can be used in both newbuild and renovation projects. In addition, it can be combined with underfloor heating: thanks to the simple installation of the floor plate at a minimum depth, pivotica pro E 100 never comes into contact with the underfloor heating system.
